The most desirable materials and those with the greatest value are polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE). If you are unsure of the construction material, our technicians will be able to ascertain this through samples or photographs. Once this is done we ask that you segregate each batch prior to collection, to enable straightforward processing.
You can choose to sell your products directly to us or take advantage of our full recycling service, whereby your products are washed, shredded and granulated to your specifications for re-use in future manufacturing processes, such as injection-moulding.
Part of the ethos of Sharp Polymer Solutions is to minimise environmental impact by assigning recycling facilities and hauliers as geographically close to our customers as possible. This is the reason we created a nationwide network of Recycling Associates.
Minimum weight for free collection is 1 tonne. Alternatively, we can quote for processing without collection and you can make your own delivery arrangements.
